Primary responsibilities:

Prepare, proof and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
Assemble, copy and scan documents including tax returns, financial statements, payroll tax returns and other documents
Store and retrieve documents and materials
Filter, process and distribute incoming mail and communications
Answer and manage incoming calls
Welcome guests and visitors
Coordinate various meetings and events including preparing agendas, presentations and meal planning
Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
Manage supplies for the office
Assemble certified and overnight mail when needed
Other duties and assignments, as needed


High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a professional office environment is preferred
Ability to work effectively with others and enhance team-oriented environment
Tech savvy; ability to embrace and learn new technology with ease
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Reliable and takes ownership of responsibilities
