Byrne Zizzi is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, full-time tax manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to finally go beyond the numbers and do something different by providing a solid tax strategy for clients and truly making a difference in their lives.

Primary responsibilities:

Provide timely and unmatched client service while exceeding client expectations
Assist in supervising, developing and coaching professional tax staff
Help develop, build and maintain client relationships
Participate in the proposal process for potential new clients including the development of strategic tax planning
Deliver comprehensive, long-term tax strategies and consulting services

Promote firm services to existing and prospective clients
Desire to grow professionally within the firm

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is required
5+ years tax experience at a CPA firm is preferred
A current CPA license is required
Ability to work effectively with others and enhance team-oriented environment
Tech savvy; ability to embrace and learn new technology with ease
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Location: Tupelo, Oxford, Houston, or Aberdeen, Mississippi
